Springboard Commerce wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
Our standard
This site is built to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard most accessibility laws and guidance point to.
What we've done
- Built the site on an accessible Shopify theme, with color contrast, text sizes, headings and link styles chosen to meet WCAG AA.
- Tested the site, including our project form at start.springboardcommerce.org, with automated accessibility tools, and fixed the issues they found.
- Re-test after changes to the site.
Automated tools catch many issues, but not all of them, so we also rely on feedback from the people who use the site.
Known limitations
- Checkout. Payment pages are run by Shopify, not by us. Shopify works on their accessibility, but we can't change them.
- Third-party features. Some features, such as subscription options, are provided by other companies' apps. We choose apps with accessibility in mind and report problems to their makers when we find them.

If any part of this site is hard to use, please email our support staff. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we'll reply within 3 business days. We'll work to fix the problem, and in the meantime we'll help you get the information or service you need another way.
